“At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. The handle on the glass shower door was not securely attached, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, neither bathroom outlet worked, and I was unable to find or reset a breaker. “The place is in a perfect location. We walked to so many places because it’s truly in the heart of downtown. There was a hiccup with check in because the code to get in the main door had changed that morning. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and they came right away and took care of it. The washer and dryer need to be much bigger in order to wash the sheets and the towels. We would definitely stay here again.”

“It’s a great apartment, right downtown. We were visiting my daughter at Interlochen and wanted to be able to experience Traverse City too. Lots of windows, very nice kitchen and living area, great bedrooms and baths. Quiet building with elevator. I would stay here again, no hesitation.”
