“The Pool & Hot tub are both nonfunctional and have been for quite sometime. They’re being used as storage. The Workout room is more like a hazard closet. The elevator is broken and had been for months according to staff. Power tools, beating and banging starting @ 6am. Absolutely no apologies nor refunds. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night.
