“Really comfortable, clean, and great location. The apartment had everything we needed, and the hosts were wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“This house is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything one needs for a short or long stay. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy access to get into Denver. I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed my stay both times. ”

“We stayed in the lower level which did not have a thermostat contol. It was quite cold throughout the first night. When we made this known to the host, he did set the temperature to a more comfortable level.”

“We loved this place! It was super clean and had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was surprisingly bright for a basement, with lots of overhead lighting and plenty of lamps for the evening. The beds were comfortable and the jetted tub was amazing! The temperature was set at a comfortable level and there were fans and space heaters in each room, if needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Very responsive to questions. Extremely nice property. The only thing I would change is maybe a fireput in the gravel outside the units. Doesn't have to be private, just a place to enjoy the outside.”
