“Tom and Angie were wonderful hosts! The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable with easy access to I-94 and I-90. The kitchen was large and extremely well stocked, with all the necessaries to make a delicious meal. Spices, sugar, flour, and other various items were also provided! The Keurig with numerous k-cup options was nice and got us going in the morning, as well! Street parking is ample, and we never had trouble getting a spot. The apartment is close to all that the city has to offer,...

“Great property in a central location. Neighborhood was quiet and safe with good parks nearby. Apartment had good amenities and perfect for our stay. Communication with host was excellent”

“The apartment is clean and has the essentials. Be prepared to have your phone flashlight on when you’re going up the stairs. The hallway lights go out before you reach the top. There was lots of coffee available.”

“Lokesh provided a nice home for our visit. The reason behind the 2 stars for accuracy is because we had planned on soaking in a hot tub, there wasn't one though it was advertised. Also advertised was a bath 1 which to us meant a bath and a half. There was only 1 bathroom. The free parking was questionable. We had to move 4 trashcans to back in as the host suggested then couldn't open our doors to get out. I drive a Honda Pilot so maybe free parking for someone with a small sedan.”

“Train noise is a little more intrusive than we anticipated”

“Wonderful place and conveniently located!”

“The host was very communicative. We had an issue with our AC when we arrived but he was on it immediately & had a tech over the next morning. As stated the parking is tight, and it being in Chicago it is understood. We were able to park our car on the same street where the house was on but had to wake up at 7am to move it daily as there’s only permit parking under certain hours but the park right up the street has good spaces available on the side of it. Space itself was extremely clean & all...

“Had a great stay. Home was spacious and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Would gladly stay again.”

“Clean unit, host was late getting door code at check in and I question the sleep 7 quantity when it's 2 king beds and a pull out.”

“We were 5 adults and were very comfortable. The neighborhood and house is quiet and spacious. Fantastic shower. Plenty of towels, glasses and supplies. We found parking in front of the house nearly every day. The street is mostly shaded. The lock box for the key was tough to open. Consider bringing a key chain to make it easier to keep track of the small key The house has beautiful history - typical Chicago bungalow (which made it super special). Outside and back room are inviting and...

“The check in process was confusing, but that was mostly my fault, because I had trouble accessing my reservation on my computer. Luckily the host was immediately available by phone, and resent the checkin information, and made sure we understood it. We appreciated the easy access to street parking, We also liked the quiet neighborhood, and found an excellent place for breakfast within easy walking distance. The apartment was wonderfully stocked with cooking and other kitchen equipment.”
