“Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. ”

“We showed up with our two grandchildren. The host does not have a working phone number in the account by the way. He said we didn’t actually have a reservation and would not give us access. We were left to find a hotel. Do not recommend 100%. ”

“Very nice, neat and clean studio apartment which includes all the amenities necessary to make it a great stay while also being close to downtown. We both walked and taken the CTA Blue Line downtown. The Blue Line station is very close to the apartment, and brings you downtown very quickly. The apartment belongs to a wonderful carrying host who is also a great communicator. ”

“This apartment was perfect for my teenage daughter and myself. We came to town for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for our long stay. Easy to walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Super easy to get to the bus as well. Place was very clean, well stocked and the beds very comfortable. It is on a beautiful and quiet street. The concierge service the owner uses was super responsive! We had one small plumbing issue that was taken care super fast, within an hour! Then the next day they sent in a……

“The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very well kept. Everything was clean and functional and we didn’t have any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and also has a target nearby for quick grocery trips. Connectivity wise, there’s a busy stop within walking distance but no train stations.The host was also very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any trouble checking in or checking out.Overall a great experience and comfortable stay.”

“Perfect location and great place to stay! ”

“We are 75 year olds and had a small reunion here. 6 of us stayed here and 3 more joined for a dinner. It was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped and we ate breakfast and lunch there. Great neighborhood! Near a beautiful park and great for walking. It was a safe and quiet place. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were and how well they slept. Also very clean. Highly recommend.”

“This is a cozy townhouse. Everything was provided as in the listing and very clean. The highlight for us was the location. Such a quiet area for being practically in the big city. Whatever you need is practically within walking distance and everything else is just an inexpensive Uber ride away. The Irish Pub on the corner is very convenient. We really like The Breakfast Club for breakfast as well as The Bongo Club suggested by the owner. Speaking of the owner, Nikkole was very helpful and……
