"The location was great for access to Ladbroke Grove. The accommodation was generally in a good condition and had good facilities. But as a basement room it was very warm despite no heating on. In the summer this could be a lot worse"

"Great place when you finally figure out how to check in. The check in is at the hotel across the street. We were coming in late and thankfully we ran into some people who directed us to where we needed to be. Nice and clean. Think windows and walls. Can hear lots of you are a sensitive sleeper. We had to get up and leave in the morning so it wasn't too disruptive to us"
