I asked several months ago for a good view from my balcony, I also requested to be on the highest floor possible. I understand that these requests are subject to availability but I thought requesting this would guarantee something half decent. I was shocked when I arrived in room 504 and realised my view was of the oaks horizon next door, could not see any view and on the ground was a dirty roof. Horrible view, and one of the lowest floors possible. I also asked one staff in particular on my check in and check out for answers about parking, and why I did not receive a cleaning service. This lady was working on 3pm 31/12/19 and 11am 2/1/20, her attitude was appalling. Her responses were short and sharp, and I felt that I was ruining her day by asking a few simple questions, I tried to be pleasant and nice, but her care factor was zero. Very disappointed, would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the toilet seats don’t stay up, so useless for my partner to use! Waste of money! Next time I’ll pay $480 for two nights at a decent hotel, not one that does not care about their patrons.
