No housekeeping service is different? If you remove that I think a laundry should be provided. Staff member Paquita was extra helpful by changing our room to one near the lift as I was on crutches then surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates as it was my husband's birthday. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable and I had the best sleep I have had for literally months.
