"Great view of the water (if you get a water view), great repurposing of a warehouse, and the location is good too. Robotic parking garage is very modern. Airplane like bathroom and shower suction plumbing is loud. Use of keypad entry codes for rooms is needlessly complicated. Access to lobby and parking is cumbersome."
"We arrived around 22.00 to the ”hotel” . This is not a hotel but a studio kinda apartment . Also there s no staff , its a self check in . But the mail with the code to the entry door and the code to the box with the key was not sent , so we had to get internet at a close by mcdonalds and also borrow a phone from a stranger to be able to call the service nr , after 10-15 min the mail with the codes was sent , but they forgot to mention the room nr , so we had to guess and try the card key in...

"The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. "

"This is a nice modern hotel with spacious rooms, nicely located close to public transportation in the most colorful part of town. Also close for needed amenities right next door and even has their own parking garage. Great find."
"The staff at the Moxy made my stay outstanding! Camila checked me in with a friendly, helpful attitude and gave me some excellent perks for being a Marriott Bonvoy member! One of the perks was a free welcome drink and my drink was served by Narjisse who was also very friendly and fun to speak with while I enjoyed my drink. I was overall happy with the quality of the room and thought it was a great value and the breakfast was excellent too! Highly recommend!"
"The staff was so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere and vibe in the hotel fantastic.
The room was inviting, comfortable and quiet.
I was fortunate to have booked a room with a balcony. The view is interesting and being a smoker I was happy to go downstairs to get coffee and then sit on the balcony having a peaceful start of the day.
I highly recommend staying at the Superbude Altona.
