8/10 Very Good! (1,003 reviews)
We met the receptionist nisha she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Then we were smacked with an unexpected bill of £48 parking for 2 nights that we were not aware about in the first place. We asked to speak with the manager about this but he/she couldn’t be bothered to show up when reception called. The room was fine but dated, the shower was 10/10. The sauna/steam/jacuzzi/swimming 10/10.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (364 reviews)
I stayed for one night on a work trip, so spent very little time in the hotel. I arrived at around 8:30pm, the person on reception was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and it was a good price.
I left at 8am the following morning and didn't have time for breakfast.
I would stay there again as I was happy with the facilities, which met my needs perfectly.

"We had a lovely one night stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. Peter welcomed us into the hotel and made us feel at home straight away. He showed us up to our room and was friendly and helpful. Thank you for our stay, if we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again."
