“Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. The only things that could have made it better were blackout curtains in the……

“Had a wonderful stay at the Oliver Inn. The room was spotlessly clean, and the location couldn't be better — easy to access and just a short distance from everything downtown Duluth has to offer. Whether you're heading out for dinner, shopping, or exploring the waterfront, you can't beat the convenience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.”

“Minimal amenities. Nescafe coffee maker that made small cups. No glasses, no ice. No hooks to hang wet towels on. Loved the ambiance and the location!”

“Could not figure out where the parking was. Said parking was behind building but no spaces all day. Did find secure parking down the street next to the casino.”

“Balcony view of Lake Superior. Hotel is right on the Lakefront walk. Very nice indoor pool. Good continental breakfast. Staff were very pleasant.”

“Parking situation is very poorly explained and set up. The street markings out front appear to show that you can’t pull up, stop or unload at the main lobby door, and there’s seemingly no concierge. The actual parking garage is on the far side of the block on a one way system, we had to go around twice before we were able to identify the correct access point. Then - the walk just to the lobby to check in, with luggage, is about 300 yards via a bridge, another locked bridge with an intercom, down……

“Great location for Canal Oark area. Easy parking . Good breakfast - hot and cold cereal, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, bread products with toaster, yogurt, fresh whole fruit, coffee, milk. Clean room. Mid amount of street noise in the morning - garbage truck, delivery truck, etc”

“We enjoyed a quick getaway at the GG Barnum Mansion. The property was beautiful and quiet, and our room was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely, and we enjoyed a muffin and coffee on our way out. We would have enjoyed using the sauna if we had had a bit more time. ”
