“Nice huge Studio room, kitchenette and bathroom. In room entertainment laughable for 2020s. Inain cable channels with 90% commercials was it. TV Wifi so poor it wouldn’t even play YouTube at lowest quality settings!? If you want to watch anything take a laptop and HDMI cable… Clearly a known issue, as staff member knew before we finished explaining.”

“Recycling option in addition to the trash bin would be nice. Also, There was only one regular coffee pod and two decaf. There should always be at least two regular. Everything else was great!”

“My daughter cut her foot on the chipping ac unit, and we were not able to use the bath tub for her to bath due to the plug mechanism was not reinstalled and was just sitting on the side of the tub. There was no continental breakfast and when I asked the staff for a different room or if we could get refunded, they said I would have to talk to Expedia since I booked through a third-party and I still have not heard anything. The elevators would not take you to the right floor.”

“A very cosy and pleasant place. My husband and I were travelling together. The hotel is situated right on the lakeshore; the surrounding area is clean, pleasant and quiet. All the necessary restaurants and shops are just 5 minutes away. The view from the window is lovely! The fireplace and jacuzzi were a lovely addition to our suite. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!!!”

“The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door) We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient. Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee. Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!”
