“We had a lovely stay at this Inn! Highly recommend. It’s a great place for kids with the pool, free breakfast, and mini golf. And the staff are top notch — one of the friendliest places we’ve ever stayed.”

“Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. The only things that could have made it better were blackout curtains in the……

“The hotel and room were very good. My only minor complaint is that all staff had disappeared at 9:00 during the 7-10 AM breakfast, and the American fried potatoes had run out, as did the waffle mix after I took the last of the batch, and several people came down after us to eat. There are several other restaurants very close by.”

“Room was not clean. Dishes left in the dishwasher, burnt out bulbs, sheets were not clean. Nobody working the front desk evening or morning. You pay for parking across the street. 7 bucks every time you leave. Only thing worth it is the location!”

“Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes.”

“This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. They said check in time was 4:00 o’clock. Did not get into our room until 6:45. No discount for it but still had to be out at 11:00am. Breakfast was horrible. Will never stay there again. Staff was very rude.”

“We enjoyed a quick getaway at the GG Barnum Mansion. The property was beautiful and quiet, and our room was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely, and we enjoyed a muffin and coffee on our way out. We would have enjoyed using the sauna if we had had a bit more time. ”
