Afton Vacations from $706

The property was not actually located at the address shown on my reservation. When we arrived, we found out that the accommodation was at a different address, which was already very concerning. Once we entered the property, there were several serious health and safety issues. The room had a very strong moldy smell, and one of the light fixtures was falling down, which we felt was dangerous. The bathroom was located on the first floor, and the bathroom window was open and could not be closed. There was also no curtain or proper privacy, so we could not reasonably use the bathroom. By the time we discovered all of these problems, it was already very late at night. We had nowhere else to go immediately, so we only stayed for about three hours to get a little rest, and then we left the property early in the morning. I want to be very clear that we did not leave because we simply didn’t like the accommodation. We left because the property was unsafe, unsanitary, and not reasonably usable. Also, the fact that the actual location was different from the address provided on the reservation is extremely concerning. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I don’t believe we should be charged for an accommodation that was inaccurately represented and had serious health and safety issues.

Sheet looks dirty with hair. Appears to have never been wash for some time. Facility is quite dirty.. Room was stinky too. 👎👎👎

My room was a decent size but the television was difficult to operate and had few options. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up sore nearly every morning. The building looked to be kept in poor condition overall for a La Quinta property. Would not recommend.

Good location. Near restaurants and not too far from university campus.
