Air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located Résidence LE JARDIN D 'EDEN Building C. On the 1st floor without elevator. Living room with bed 180cm and equipped kitchen area : Nespresso coffee machine. Shower room. Separate toilets. Terrace 13 m². Jacuzzi and swimming pool view. Residency wtih Jacuzzi and pool (01/05 - 30/09). Couples only. WIFI. Private car park No5585 (port nature colline 5)  
  
Tourist tax to be paid 2.30 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11 : 00\.
