Air conditioned studio for 2 people. Situated at Heliopolis entrance K. first floor without lift. Garden side. Living room with 160 cm Rapido bed. Kitchen area with washing machine, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, big fridge, Kettle, vacuum cleaner, Toaster and Tv. Shower room and Separate WC. Balcony with awning. Garage J9.  
  
Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid 1.44 euro per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
