Welcome to the "Pre St Martin" residence in Cap d'Agde.   
  
Your studio sleeps 4 and measures 22m²:   
  
\- Living room with sofa bed (1x2 pers) and television;   
  
\- Equipped terrace and glazed east-facing loggia;   
  
\- Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils;   
  
\- Cabin with bunk beds (2x1 pers);   
  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC;   
  
\- Pets allowed.   
  
\- The Pré Saint Martin holiday residence in Cap d'Agde has a private car park. (Car park number: 95).   
  
The "Pre St Martin" residence is ideally located:   
  
\- 900 metres from the beach, a 25-minute walk;   
  
\- 700 metres from the supermarket;   
  
\- 500 metres from shops and restaurants   
  
\- 500 metres from the port.   
  
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:
