I couldn’t believe it. It was a total of 4 of us and they were there for a couple hrs. They used no amenities of the hotel. Front desk was so rude. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s very very windy since the hotel is high up on a hill so we didn't really enjoy the pool. But we would not stay again. The beach was pristine and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff was quite nice and accommodating. I only have 2 complaints-I booked a sea view room but had no view of anything. My biggest complaint though is that the bed had to be the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.
