The service was exceptional. The staff & in particular the manager couldn’t do enough for us. It a very quiet resort. The beach club is 10 minutes away but they do provide free shuttle service. The only criticism is a lack of atmosphere. Music would add to the ambience at the beach club but this is a minor issue compared to all the positives in particular the service.

Loved the shower and the view from the balcony. The sink wouldn't release and for the proce pf the rooms there should be more available for drinking than bottled water

Beautiful spot close to nice village.
The resort is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Elounda village is also very nice and a great way to get a sense of life on Crete off the resort.

We had a wonderful time.
The accommodation here is outstanding but what made it a really wonderful experience was all the staff. They could not do enough for you and it created a lovely atmosphere around the complex.
