“The flat itself is fine - beds comfy enough and outdoor space is nice. The flat is darker (the window in the in the living room is small) and less spacious as it looks in the pictures. The location was not as stated on the map. The location I was given is Solaris Apartments in the centre of Kassiopi whereas the flat is actually located 5-10mins walk away on one of the main roads out of Kassiopi. This means that there is a lot of traffic noise from lorries and coaches hammering it down the road.……

“What a beautiful clean and well equipped villa! It was a real home from home and more. We were the first guests of the season so the weather wasn’t as hot as it’s going to get, however, we still used the pool.If we had one negative, it would be that we should have booked two weeks instead of one:-)Alan is an amazing host and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much.The walk to Kassiopi really is only 10 minutes with a path all the way, Kassiopi is beautiful town/village with a real relaxing……

“The place had everything I needed for 6 nights. Local supermarkets were walking distance, bakery and cafe. Pool onsite, pool with restaurant beach front and beach less than 2 min walk. Comfortable bed, good shower, lots of space and great communication with the check in. Easy.”
