Entertainment in the evening included a pottery wheel, puppet show and live musicians; all were excellent! The staff in the restaurant were attentive without being intrusive. Food was tasty and chefs also came out and spoke with customers. In particular, they were keen to receive feedback. Excellent hotel; other than the great location, the friendly staff are the biggest asset of this hotel.

Decent value, confortable stay, good location.

Very nice comfortable stay in a good location for the Taj Mahal. Restaurant pleasant with plenty of choice, nice lobby area. Very comfortable bed. Wouldn’t pay the supplement for the “Taj view” it was miles away in the distance and wasn’t at all like the picture on the website. In our photos, you can’t even see it - a dot above our heads. Rooftop pool nice for a dip, gym very small and very hot. Didn’t have bathrobes despite them advertised as standard - asked in Reception twice and the housekeeping - but they never arrived.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived exhausted from our flight to Delhi and were checked in instantly even though it was only 9am. At the end we were also allowed to check out late. Everyone was really kind and helpful and the food was just amazing - highly recommend both the breakfast and the dinner buffet. There was a bit of dust here and there and the hotel is for sure a little aged but this did not really affect our experience negatively. Overall very happy, thank you!

It was good. But i was charged for the nchaos and dry fruits that they kept in my room. I assumed that it will be complementary but at the time of checkout they charged a good amount mentioning that mini bar was chargeable. This is kind of dark pattern being deployed by them

When we arrived the bathroom was so dirty and all the wall with "strange brown stains". The receptionist was very kind and they sent some people to clean it, but I think that this is not the cleanliness level for a Radisson hotel. The food was good but most of it was Indian food, so for breakfast you don't have many options. However, the personal was very kind and the girl on the tour desk was very helpful with us (thanks Meera)

The hotel isn’t in a great area but the security made me feel safe. I also don’t think there are many “great areas” in Agra so I’m sure it’s similar anywhere close by. The staff was good at arranging transport but instead of letting my pay for trips taken during checkout, I was bombarded after breakfast to pay right then.

accommodated our every need without any fuss. Food and beverages are very reasonable prices and top notch quality. They made us feel special and even cooked a special dish not on the menu. Chef's choice. Only small negative. No champagne or bubble wine. Spa massage was good but not amazing. My experience. Highly recommend to stay here for a visit. We had a Taj Mahal view room but pollution and dust made it difficult to see. Nice pool, rooftop bar, pub, live music and other entertainment and activities. Special mention to Chef Sanju and chef Rinku. Also reception staff etc etc. definitely would return.
