Overall it was a good experience, but there were a couple of things that we understand need to be improved.
First, there was not very good communication from the owner beforehand regarding the use of the parking lot and the beeper. We were 6 adults with two vehicles. We were only able to use one parking lot. This caused the security guard to give us different instructions in this regard. Also, even though the security guard asked us if we had a beeper to enter, we were unaware that we would have one available to use. If the owner had informed us, we would have used it. We saw it the day we left. If he had given us specific instructions, we would have avoided misunderstandings.
Second, the mattresses on the two sofa beds are in terrible condition, I felt the springs and they are uncomfortable. I think they should be replaced with new ones.
