“La persona de recepcion (Cecy creo que se llama) pésima, atendió primero a una tripulación que llegó después que nosotros, le di mi INE y llegó la tripulación y nos dejó esperando hacer el check in, viendo que traíamos dos niños. Me tuvieron que hablar al día siguiente que porque no había pagado!! Claro que no pague si la recepcionista no sabía ni que hacer, ni me confirmó mi reserva, ni me explicó del desayuno, solo me pidió dos firmas, el correo y un número de celular, me dio la llave sin……

“Have never stayed here but I'm glad I did. The staff/front desk was wonderful, helpful and nice. Breakfast was included which was a big plus. The room was very nice, comfortable, big bed, and spacious. Close.to el Centro, within walking distance, restaurants, shops, plazas, church's... May very well stay here again. ”
