"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "This property is great option around Shin Osaka station. There is a subway station very close to the station that take you to some major stations in the Osaka area like Namba for Dotonburi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and has a great healthy breakfast. Water, ice and coffee are always available. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I’m in Osaka. "
"It’s about 7 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station via skywalk through a commercial building, which you can access after a minute walk outside. It’s like any other JR VIA hotels, so nothing fancy but everything is clean, at least in my opinion. I did not have much interaction with staff so can’t say they were good or bad. Overall, recommended. "
