"Great spot on the Great Ocean Road, would stay there again without hesitation. We were offered early check in (but weren’t in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. "Rustic Treehouse catered for our large group and being pet friendly was a bonus. It was a good base to explore the Great Ocean Road and Otways. Only small negative (impacted the kids more than us) was the lack of internet speed and smart tvs, but it was a blessing in disguise as we were able to switch off and explore. "

The house was absolutely filthy with many broken amenities. -Cooling does not work.-Exhaust fans, oven and grill don’t work.-Couches, walls and carpet filthy.-Deck is unsafe with exposed nails and structural issues.-Screeching toilet when refilling. -Uncomfortable beds with old lumpy mattresses.-Mouldy cockroaches in kettle and many roaches throughout house.-Constant spiders as fly screens are broken."
