The apartment is even better than the listing photos show - very bright, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and the bathroom is large. There are two sunny terraces. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to town, and a local supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The owner Martine is very welcoming, helpful and accommodating, and gave us lots of great advice about Aix and also for other areas in the region. We hope to return to stay at Martine’s lovely home again and highly recommend it to any travellers who enjoy feeling like they are staying in a real home. ##### Sue W. We were able to park our car in the drive way and not drive until we were ready to leave which was a real plus. The bed in the back bedroom is more the size of a regular bed so smaller for 2 adults. Easy walk into Aix and all the markets, shops, restaurants and all historic attractions. Martine makes your stay even more enjoyable by being such a kind, helpful, thoughtful and very warm person to know. Martine has the perfect knack of being always on hand should you need her but completely unobtrusive too. She was a great help retrieving a parcel the local post office lost and I doubt we would have got it back without her insistent help. And for its reasonable rate. We got much more than we expected. We loved eating on the two terraces, one for morning, one for evening. The kitchen was tiny but well-equipped, and the nearby grocery store was a plus. We slept like babies on the beds and enjoyed hot showers in the modern bathroom. Appliances were easy to operate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host, Martine, was so lovely and helpful. There were three of us - all adults- in Aix-en-Provence to visit my daughter who is studying there. We could not have picked a nicer home and location. The house is charming and clean and wonderful and it is within a 5-10 walk of everything you may need- yet It is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. A 10 minute walk from everything in Aix with parking and less than an hours drive to most of Provence, From Toulon, to Marseille, to Arles to Orange. The three bedrooms was great for a couple with 2 adult children. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Provence! ##### Tom D. Parking was easy and walk to town for the Saturday market was great. Martine was really helpful and left lots of information and tips. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll mit einigen älteren Möbeln, Antiquitäten und Bildern eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist frisch renoviert. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Wohnstraße keine zehn Minuten von Stadtzentrum zu Fuß entfernt. Zwei große Terrassen ermöglichen ein Frühstück im Freien. Die Einfahrt in das Grundstück, wo man sein Auto praktisch abstellen kann, ist ziemlich eng und erfordert ein wenig Erfahrung. Sehr zu empfehlen. ##### Florian B.
