"The front desk was a little standoff ish. I arrived at 9pm and you would have thought the world was ending. Just a massive hotel with a lot of people. The onsen was super crowded and lots of the surrounding restaurants close earlier than mentioned. A bit pricey for the style of room, but very limited ..."
