Staff very friendly the only disappointing thing is airport shuttle always late and not going straight to the hotel. Going to drop off other people different places like school and work. Nearly missed my flight. If they had communicated, was going to opt for a taxi.

Spent 4 nights in the hotel, 3 issues faced for a 5star hotel, internet was weak, tv had no Netflix or amazon prime application, they refused to bring a microwave to my suite as well as refused to warm my meals unless it was purchased from their restaurant lol.
