“A lovely, modern hotel with a great restaurant……but the roof top bar and load music rob it of a perfect score”

“Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better.”

“This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. ”

“At check in hotel staff scanned passport for both of us and took pictures although receptionist called at 11:30 pm at night disturbed our sleep and asked me that they still waiting for other person to provide Passport, however i told them at check in i already provided them both of ours passport and receptionist said she called wrong number.. Bedsheet was dirty look like they never changed it after previous guest checked out, there was no hot water in morning and cable tv wasn’t working only……

“Linen wasn’t properly cleaned. Because of bleach on sheets, my body was itchy all night long. Blanket was smelly, wasn’t washed. Bathroom lock wasn’t working. Staff and Breakfast was ok.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was by far the worst stay I have ever had at any Marriott property. I stayed here for two nights with my family and had booked a Suite, expecting the standard of service and cleanliness that Marriott is known for. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. To begin with, the room did not even have basic amenities such as a dental kit or a comb. While these can be requested, I don’t expect to have to ask for such basic essentials in a……

“Clean big rooms. Good breakfast. Room service was fab. Manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Even provided a free shuttle to the airport”

“Hotel rooms is good, cleaniing wise is good but there is no breakfast as they mentioned in there hotel facilities when you good online.. We insist for beakfast and show the manager what they mentioned so they provide every day same poha and tea...and the lift woking morning 12 to night 10 only.. So when u checked out 11 am. You have to use stairs even the hotel is on 4 floor.. Overall i ll give 3 star.. ”
