the entrance is difficult to locate, on arrival there's no password provided to us thus we've stood at the gate and waited for people to let us in. the apartment was great, cozy and fully equipped. i'd only say the heater is a bit weak and not enough under minus degree outside. others were fine. staff was helpful and helped a lot on booking local tour.

The first room I moved in got strong cigarette smoke during the night, it shows Euro 70 for the penalty of smoking, but the smoking came out of the neighboring staff room. Adding 10 more Euro/night to upgrade a smaller room with window the next day, it was solved. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, close to bus station, central market, old town... The soup in the restaurant is warm and tasty, especially in the wet winter day.

Although the weather was not fully as we had hoped for we enjoyed our stay at Una's from the first to the last minute: the silence, the view, the premises, the garden and--this one being really noisy--the cranes preparing for their flight south.
