“The property was represented as an “apartment” see its name, My wife inspected the unit and noted the ”furniture other than the beds. Was absent with only a microwave. Most parking was in rear with long walk to access the unit. Looked like a youth hostel or a dorm room. We couldn’t stay there at all, The location was far from center of Reykjavik. The manager emailed that he would cancel the reservation WITHOUT CHArge. II told the general management company that I am going to protest the charge……

“The apartment had everything we needed for three people. It was located very close to a supermarket and a great place for us to rest after exploring for the day. We rented a car and drove in and out of Reykjavík a number of times and out to the countryside with no issues. There was great communication between the property owners/manager and me. If I messaged I had a response in a very timely manner. I definitely would recommend staying here; it’s in a quiet neighborhood. ”

“Great location, great size of room for family 3 or 4 people. Only complain is the sofa bed, poor quality , ot comfortable sleeping. ”
