The property is in a fine neighborhood, very close to the facilities offered by the Hall of Fame. This isn’t a walkable neighborhood, as restaurants aren’t close and it’s purely houses. The Hall of Fame and the fields on the south end of the complex are easily walkable (no sidewalks though). It would have been helpful to know that there was no bathroom on the upper floor.
