It was a renovated home rhat has been in the man's family for a few generations. Stefan and his dog 🐕 Schooley (not sure of spellings) live uostairs and it is a working farm.
Downstairs are 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of them with shower/bath capabilities. It has a large communal kitchen. All are very clean.
Inside are pictures of the family working, and the area from many years ago. There are things in glass cases that i think are old and were important to the family., some old tools like carding combs for wool and some spindles. This gives this beautiful place a homey historical feel.
Stefan is the best host we have ever had. He is the perfect host we could have asked for. Stayed in a lovely accomodation which had everything we needed. Beauriful scenic location. Next time we visit Iceland will defo stay longer at your place.Thank you for everything Stefan.
