Internet hat nicht funktioniert, Badezimmer nicht einladend und Personal nicht hilfsbereit, als wir ankamen. Wollten mit dem Aufzug rauf ins Zimmer, Aufzug war jedoch mit Putzzeug vom Putzpersonal überfüllt sodass unser Gepäck nicht mehr reingepasst hat und mussten somit unser gesamtes Gepäck alleine rauftragen. Hier hätte ich eine Unterstützung vom Personal erhofft (Platz machen im Aufzug oder beim rauftragen). Außerdem war der Check-In Schalter selten besetzt. Aber grundsätzlich hat es gepasst für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

We stayed here on our way to Petra. It was very basic and functional. The room was massive and did have heating, which took some time to warm up. It was very noisy and light shone through so did not sleep well. Bin in the bathroom was not emptied and the bathroom had seen better days. It did not appear to be very clean. Receptionist was friendly and the breakfast was good. Wouldn't go again though.

The room and overall property looks a little outdated and in need of renovation. But the room was very clean and functional and met our expectations. The manager, Samir, was extremely hospitable and went out of his way to help us. The free Wi-Fi was sometimes unreliable when away from the main router. Would not hesitate to book again for a short stay.

Don't stay at this hotel!

Worst hotel ever. Toilets don't work, hotel tried to charge me again although it was prepaid. Hotel didn't want to offer breakfast although breakfast was included in the rate. Dirty, dilapidated. Don't stay there!!

Bestilte opphold igjennom hotels.com, da vi skulle sjekke inn fikk vi beskjed av han i skranken at de ikke godkjente bestillinger fra hotels fordi de hadde dagen før skiftet rate og ville derfor ha mere betalt. Mye fram og tilbake så fikk vi sjekket inn.. Synes dette er utrolig dårlig!

If you are looking for a one night stop to catch the Karak Castle, the Al-Mujeb will suffice. Has seen better days however the staff are very friendly, the bed is comfy and there is a very reasonable restaurant just up the road and a f&v stall across the road. For the price, a reasonable option for one night. Is about 5km from the Castle so will need your own wheels.
