"I booked to hotel.com and it says that the amount ill pay was including the taxes..but when I arrived in al eairy apartments 4,they charged me again with taxes..and the bathroom in room 4 still not good..it still smell like stool"

İncredibly bad

"Unbelievable, dont be fooled on the 6/10rating. I entered to a room w a historical ac which is broken i mean literally broken from comprtement air leaking. They suggested sheets are cold which is fun as well but it was wet. No English speaker, even goodle translate i couldnt tell enough of my problem. ..."
