The hotel is in outdated given current standards. For a 5* hotel it was disappointing that the upkeep of the hotel was poor. In addition, we booked a fountain view room but ended up with a room with no view in particular. Perhaps, we should have stuck with Ritz Carlton

Clean room, staff were great and very helpful. Beds were genuinely very comfortable. Hotel was quite packed so sometimes requests from the room took a bit more time than usual but hotel staff still did their best to fulfil them.

Overall the property was great. The only issue, which was out of their control, was that the area is very busy at night and it’s hard to sleep with the noise. Staff was nice, property was clean and in a nice location
