“this is one of the worst stay and customer service I have ever seen and I will make sure I will never stay or any firend or relative come close to you. It's my first night of honey moon and request from the hotel to do arrangmenet at my room and paid exrra to srprise my wife. I went to the room and nothing there. They been infomed one day before”
