Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff showed little willingness to help or be flexible, even though we were traveling with young children. I had to approach the desk a second time before any effort was made to assist us. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, and true luxury is defined by exceptional customer service—not just the property itself. To make matters worse, the staff member who escorted us to our room simply walked away after we explained we weren’t comfortable. We were also promised a partial refund, but when Expedia contacted the hotel, nothing was honored. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation.

The place was impeccable from the valet parking to reception staff were all extremely helpful. However we had issues with the WiFi and seeing as I had important meetings made it very difficult for me to join some of these meetings. The windows were dirty and that I think knocked some points off them.
