The advertising said good for 11 pax. They are only giving us 3 double deck bed. So I decided to cancel. We did not use the room and they did not give my money back.
Both doors (entry and toilet) are broken. Dirty and wet floor in the toilet, no hot water, faucet sink not working, dangerous steep stairs, no side table or phone available for room service.

Razote 2 rooms 1/27-28/2023
The place was clean enough but not in good condition. In fact, the aircon in one of the rooms we got is not working.
The picture on your site with the available swimming space is not in there.
The location is great but the lodge amenities and facilities is horrible and unorganize. No wifi (online says free wifi) and we were given a room with shared bathroom tho we booked a room that says private bathroom. Bathroom room was broken and untidy. Room wasn’t clean. I feel bad for the staff because they’re very nice and hardworking but they get all the rant and complains from the customers. The owner should come and manage the building themselves to see the real situation. I will not recommend this place next time visiting Alaminos.
