Room was clean. Community showers and bathrooms were clean. It was nice to stargaze through top of dome. Restaurant below the campground was very convenient and enjoyed a really great burger! Literally minutes from entrance of the great sand dunes NP! You could view the dunes from patio.

The property was well kept. The room was clean and the location was good for our travel needs. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
Check in was easy and the instructions provided us gave me the necessary information. I would say getting in after dark made it a little difficult to determine where best to park and coming in you need to pay attention to the notice board where you enter to find your room location since only location of room # is on the door. A building # or letter would have been helpful.
