Very clean and quiet

Overall not a bad one night stay, the property manager was very accommodating to our needs. But the unit itself could use a little TLC. Pros: Accommodating property manager Comfortable bedding and sheets Spacious parking Towels and toiletries provided, as well as pan ware for cooking. Cons: A smell throughout the unit (probably a given since it’s on older building) Carpets need to be redone or deep cleaned. Bathroom had a smell to it, along with temporary patch in the tub wall, maybe it needs to be replaced entirely. Parts of the wall seem to be rotted towards baseboards. A window was left open in a spare room prior to our arrival, didn’t notice until after we returned from shopping. All the windows were left unlocked. It was a good one night stay, but all in all, this place could use a bit more renovating

The branded IHG HIEx is what we came for, and certainly much is intact (breakfast, comfort, amenities); however, we were surprised to see the age of the property, the rough surroundings like landscape, etc. Reflects how over time this neighborhood has declined. But...the price brought us in, but we will probably look for another location, sadly. HIE is a good brand, but this place could use help. Oh, and one more thing, when people enter or leave their rooms the doors close, no, slam shut so loudly. Not good for sleeping.

I can not say enough good things about this Inn. My husband and I are passing through and have already decided we will be staying here on our way back home and we can NOT wait! We plan to stay a couple extra days just to enjoy it. Every staff member we have encountered was helpful and friendly! We had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies on arrival. Our sweet lady at breakfast this morning was such a bright ray of sunshine (and I am not a morning person lol). The room smells AMAZING. We were blessed enough to get one of the completed rooms (they are currently renovating) and it is so spacious, cute, and comfortable! The breakfast is a mix of complementary and paid. There were enough complementary options (including fresh made waffles, bagels, and doughnuts) that we choose to stick with the continental, but the eggs and bacon smelled amazing, I will being trying it for our next stay! PS you have to try the salted carmel chocolate creamer, THAT was good coffee (creamer). All of the community use areas were clean and comfortable. I can not say enough good things. Thank you for hosting us and making such a happy and memorable experience.

Easy to locate. Good parking. Great for a night on the road.
