"This little house had a bunch of pluses—very clean, new-looking and fully functional kitchen and cooking items, Laundry room, excellent location (across the street from the fishing boat we used), and easy walking distance to “downtown”. In addition, the owner was very responsive to the one question I had when we got there. Ideally, it would have two full bathrooms, but 1 1/2 ended up working fine for three of us."
"Convenient downtown location, perfect for the traveler who doesn't want to rent a car. I rented a car for the first day of my week long trip to shop for groceries and orient myself to the island. The rest of the trip, we either walked or utilized free public transportation.
The management team responded immediately to my calls.
There are stairs leading to the units that may be arduous for some folks, but not us.
I will definitely book again."
Charming and private cottage walkable to airport, hospital, pool, and downtown.

"Great little cottage. One of the best equipped kitchens I’ve had in a VRBO. Beds were great. Would have liked a little better water pressure in the shower, but that’s the only negative thing I can say."
"This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious room and king sized bed. Smart tv was a plus."
"Even on a rainy and cloudy day, the harbor view (eagles, fishing boats, seals and porpoises) was great. When the clouds lifted, the mountains were a treat!"
"Unit was perfect for my wife and i. Great location, bed was comfy, and super convenient. Coming back to Sitka next year. Would definitely stay again. "

"Absolutely gorgeous accommodations with stunning view and convenient location. Only issue was the noise. Street noise was a bit annoying, but the loud music at night from the bar next door that continued until 2am made it hard to sleep. Regardless still rated a 5 because the spot was that amazing. "

"This property was Ah-Mazing! Perfect as described. The property manager had great communication throughout. Will definitely be staying again if we ever make it back to Sitka."
