Very clean and comfortable. Hot water was truly hot, bed was super comfortable, frig is the largest I've ever encountered in a motel/hotel, actual glassware (not plastic). Quiet neighborhood allowed for a good night's sleep. Parking was right outside my door which made it super convenient for carrying my stuff in.

I was there for three nights on a trip with my 10- and 11-year-old grandsons. The breakfasts were great, as was the pool. There's enough around the Marshall area to fill the time with sightseeing, and when ready to just hang out at the hotel again, the pool more than sufficed to keep the boys happy. They said it was one of the best pools they'd ever swam in. We were on the third floor and had no problems with the elevator or vending machines. The rooms were clean, showers had good pressure, and temp control worked like I hoped it would. I would definitely stay there again.

I was road-tripping so had no idea what town I would end up in overnight. I just needed to find a place that had availability. I should have paid more someplace else or driven farther. Check in was quick and painless. But the property is old and everything in the room is out of date. Sheets were thin and worn. The mattress was way softer than I like. The bed itself was just a metal frame with metal legs. None of the bedding matched and only 2 pillows on each bed. Towels were well-used and maybe had some permanent dirt. TV was huge but I didn't watch it. Room had all the supplies and toiletries that a hotel typically has, so I didn't want for anything Air conditioner stuck in a dirty window. The area was quiet anyway.
