The villa is located in the Jardins da Branqueira just 5 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With four double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ENTRANCE HALL

LOUNGE

Spacious lounge dining room 39m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 8 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with Edesa appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 4 bedrooms in which one is on suite. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and two bedrooms with two single beds each.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio and Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have queen size beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

8 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade. Security guard rail provided if necessary to prevent children from going into the pool, with no extra charge.

PRIVATE PARKING

Private parking in garage for two cars and plenty more space in surrounding area inside the complex.

Fantastic property with everything you need
We stayed for 2 months and have no complaints with the house at all. Was a little further out from the restaurants and bars with a good 30 minute walk into lively Albufeira. No pavements part of the way so risky for young children. Had a few small problems but they where sorted straight away. Highly recommend the house as its real quiet and peaceful in Branquiera.

FANTASTIC SPACIOUS VILLA - WILL NOT DISSAPOINT
Myself, husband and 2 sons aged 17 and 22 stopped here for 2 weeks in June 2016. The photos of this villa really do not do it justice as the villa was immaculate and huge with 3 great size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There were plenty of sun loungers and even got provided beach towels & the pool was great to take a dip to cool off. We did'nt hire a car and used taxi's, but its probablly more cost effective to hire a car. However it only costs around €6 to the main strip and €9 to the old town, although be aware that there are long queues for taxi's in the old town...we did find drinks were cheaper at the strip though. The cleaners came 3 times within our stay and were nice and friendly and did a great job. The whole booking process and being met when we arrived with the key was straight forward. We had a wonderful holiday stopping in the villa and would defintley book this villa again if we return to Portugal as we had such a great time. Thank you

Experiência muito agradável
A moradia é ampla e contém os utensílios necessários para uma agradável estadia. O gestor da propriedade, o Nuno, sempre foi muito rápido a responder a todas as nossas necessidades. A moradia podia, no entanto, ter um pouco mais de manutenção antes da chegada dos hóspedes (comando do ar condicionado com pilhas gastas, cadeiras junto à piscina partidas, entre outros). A moradia está a cerca de 7 min de carro da praia de Santa Eulália, estando a cerca de 5 min de carro de supermercados e outro comércio, o que é muito vantajoso. Infelizmente não tem comércio próximo a pé nem é agradável para dar uma volta a pé. Finalmente, para reservas no verão, não se entende porque é que o ar condicionado é cobrado à parte, não sendo incluído no preço da moradia aquando do seu aluguer. Não obstante, foi uma agradável estadia em família!

La maison est très agréables, spacieuse et moderne bien équipée, proche des plages (5 à 10mn en voiture) et de la ville. La ressidence est sécurisée. Seul bémol la climatisation est en option.

Logement situé a environ 10 minutes en voiture du strip et 15 minutes du centre historique. Voiture nécessaire. Logement très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Piscine trop froide en mai pour être utilisée c 'est dommage. Un chauffage de la piscine serait optimal. Super séjour dans cette villa.

superbe location au calme à 3 km du centre d' Albufeira
Nous sommes content de cette location seul petit reproche le manque de vaisselle pour une maison pouvant accueillir 8 personnes . En effet nous étions obligés de faire tourner le lave vaisselle à chaque repas . Manque de tire bouchon .de bac à glaçons et de quelques ustensiles de cuisine à notre arrivée .Autrement location très grande avec sa terrasse ensoleillée et sa piscine .
