Failure to comply with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

•Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

•Smoking inside the property.

•Presence of guests not included in the booking.

•Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

•Security callout due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

•Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

•Breach of check-out time, by default until 10:00.

•An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

•Key left in the lock.

•Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not restocked during your stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
