Modern and Spacious Bright Apartment of 85 m2, with Air Conditioning, this quiet residence with a terrace (veranda) is 500 meters from Oura Beach and Santa Eulália Beach where you will find all Shops, Restaurants, Supermarkets , Bars, Nightclubs and very close to the nightlife with a guaranteed atmosphere for unforgettable holidays with friends or family.

The apartment also has a new and modern fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals and a living room, a dining room with convertible sofa with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.

Ideal apartment for 6 people is on the 1st floor and also has several free parking spaces.

Unlimited free WIFI.

Car: Not required.

We offer FARO Airport Transfer - ALBUFEIRA at a rate of 50 euros

for 4 passengers maximum.

A Refundable Security Deposit of 150 euros will be requested on the day of your arrival and will be returned to you on the day of your departure.

We provide Linens and Towels with an additional charge depending on the number of vacationers during the stay.

The property is a little outdated but it has what you need. The property is about 5-7 blocks from the beach it's a steep downhill. We had to take transportation back to the apartment. A few days before arrival we were asked for 100 euros in cash upon arrival .. didn't expect that. We texted during our stay but didn't receive a response FYI - the washer doesn't work. Patrick was friendly, it was a good stay for our family of four.

The property is close enough to walk down to the beach and us close enough to supermarket and hotels. It's decently maintained, but I would expect the standards to be a little better for a apartment. Everything just feels average including the cleanliness in the rooms. My bathroom was blocked on day one though it was attended quickly. I did notice cockroaches in the bathroom, so this may need looking at. Communication was terrible and the host only replied when they want to. I felt quite unwelcome and frustrated not getting clear answers for my queries. Beware as additional charges are levied for bed sheets and cleaning, and they know you have no choice but to pay. This charge is only provided after booking, and is not displayed when booking. No vacuum cleaner and if you're staying a few days it is difficult to clean the rooms. Overall I wouldn't return back to stay here though the area itself is perfect and nice.
