'Two Fish Plaice' offers three bedrooms can sleep up to 7 guests ( a single bed in the larger bedroom can also be made up if required) . In the Heart of The Old Town, Albuferia......... Enter the property through your own front door. Stairs take you to the first floor where you will find three double bedrooms all with two single beds which Can be made up into comfortable double size when required, plus a bathroom with shower/wc/ hand basin.
ALL FIRST FLOOR BEDROOMS HAVE BEEN FITTED WITH NEW DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOW UNITS ( work carried out November 2022)
Further stairs lead you up to the second floor where your find a second bathroom with shower/wc/hand basin.
On this top floor you will also discover the superb living space complete with fully equipped bar/ kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer dining area with dinning table/dinning chairs and comfy seating for you to relax and enjoy the SMART FLAT SCREEN TV with multi channel options in English & other languages, for your comfort this area has AIR CONDITIONING. A large patio door leads from the living room to a Balcony terrace for you to enjoy alfresco dining.
Huge ceiling fans will keep you cool and wall heaters will keep you warm in the winter!
A separate outside balcony with built in BBQ makes cooking a breeze.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET...happy days for all.
The apartmento has such a warm feel to it, from the moment you climb the stairs you will truly know you have started your holiday
