Villa Agadir is an elegant and spacious property in Albufeira, ideal for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy memorable holidays in the Algarve. This modern villa offers all the comfort and amenities for a relaxing stay.



On the ground floor, there is a suite with a double bed and a sofa bed, with a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a service toilet. The spacious and cosy living room has a sofa bed, a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, creating a perfect space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, ideal for preparing meals with convenience.



On the first floor, there are three additional suites. A twin suite with two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower base, and two suites (one twin and one double) both with private bathrooms with bathtubs. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.



The lower floor has a garage and a ping pong table, ensuring extra fun for guests.



Outside, the heatable pool (available at an additional cost) stands out, perfect for refreshing dips all year round. The leisure area includes a barbecue, sun loungers and a dining table for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
