The owner was super accommodating when it comes to the method of payment and e-mail communication. I wish there were more instructions as to where the apartment is located (had a hard time finding it), parking, turning on/off the water. But everything turned out OK. The apartment is as described, very, very close to a wonderful beach and well equipped. Very clean, too.
