Customer service was good, but the room stunk, and the sliding window had a gab in it that it was so noisy could hear people on the street yelling and on the freeway drivers were making a lot of noise. The first night, the bed under the sheet was nasty, some kind of stain, the second night people next door and across made too much noise kept us up all night.. Was horrible.

The most un hospitable staff ever. I requested an early check and they made me wait in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours before they got me a room both the manager and the counter person were rude. That was 15 minutes prior to the original check in time 4 PM.

The room looked like a dirty version of the online pictures. The tub/shower was stained badly, paint scuffed and chipped all over the room, and the slidding door wouldn’t shut all the way or lock properly. The water completely shut off to the room 3 hours prior to check out. The room was very noisy due to how close it was to the interstate and the door not closing properly.
