“This was a wonderful experience. The host family was charming, considerate, and very accommodating. The pictured stairway is the entrance to the host's single family home. The host family lives upstairs over the one bedroom, one bathroom, work from home (wfh) studio apartment, which is on the ground floor. Everything was clean. The "kitchen" has a small (dorm size) refrigerator/freezer, sink, griddle, microwave, a coffeepot, some cabinet storage and a counter area. Folgers coffee, coffee……

“The host was great, sent us check-in information days in advance.Being less than 10 minutes from the square was so helpful as we made multiple trips down there during our stay.The house was clean, in great condition, and a lot of space. There is a huge backyard that my son loved running around in. Smart tvs in each room so we could log into our streaming accounts. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal you bring. “Conditions were not as expected. Property is old and needs much improvement on the exterior and interior. Guest bathroom water did not get hot. Host was informed of many details to include pest. One TV had to be plugged out and back in each time for it to power on. Stains left on bedding in the maste suite including the pillow...this property could be enjoyable with attention to detail and upgrades ”

“Beautiful Cottage. My husband and his son had a lovely stay. The communication failed regarding the thermostar - App under control of owner. It was a cold spell, but they like the temp 68 degrees day and night. On the last day when i checked re comfort. He said it had been cold. The thermostat was at 58 degrees. If you need heat be sure to check tbe thermostat relects your request.”
